Gong Yoo is back as the enigmatic salesman in the newly released teaser for Squid Game Season 2. In the teaser, Gong Yoo’s character is seen at home preparing red and blue ddakji tiles—the same game used to recruit Seong Gi Hun (played by Lee Jung Jae) into the deadly competition in Season 1.
As the mysterious salesman arrives at a train station, he turns to the camera and asks, “Sir, would you like to play a game with me?”
Squid Game first premiered on Netflix in 2021, becoming a global sensation. Netflix has confirmed that the series will have two more seasons, with Season 2 set to premiere on December 26, 2024, and the final season in 2025.
