Heart Evangelista recently offered fans a peek into her two-bedroom Paris apartment in the latest episode of Heart World, sharing how she created a personal sanctuary in the City of Love. Dubbed her “happy place,” Heart’s Paris home reflects her journey in the fashion capital, where she attends events like Paris Fashion Week.
“Paris is my happy place—something that was once a sad place became my happy place,” Heart revealed. Purchasing the apartment a few years back, she explained that it marked a pivotal time in her life. To fund her dream, she sold jewelry and completed commissioned artworks, underscoring her resilience.
Heart has affectionately nicknamed the apartment her “tree house,” a tribute to her childhood memories in Cavite, where she once had a tree house on her father’s farm. Her Parisian abode features cherished items like her own paintings, keepsakes from her Filipino roots, and a framed photo of her late dog, Panda.
Heart’s Filipino heritage is evident throughout her apartment. Her kitchen is stocked with Filipino snacks, including pancit canton, chicharon, and corned beef. Her walk-in closet proudly displays pieces from Filipino designers, whom she aims to promote in the international fashion scene. “Whenever I have an opportunity, my first choice is to wear Filipino designers,” she shared.
For Heart, the apartment also brings practical benefits. Prior to securing brand sponsorships, her Paris residence was a cost-effective solution for her and her team during fashion weeks and other events.
Recently, Heart gained recognition at Paris Fashion Week, ranking among the top influencers with a media impact value of $10.6 million. Heart World airs every Saturday at 9:30 p.m. on GMA Network.
