The much-anticipated Filipino film Hello, Love, Again will serve as the closing film at this year’s Asian World Film Festival (AWFF) in Los Angeles. The festival, which celebrates cinema from across Asia, begins on November 13 with South Korea’s A Normal Family as the opening feature and wraps up on November 20 with Hello, Love, Again.
Starring Alden Richards and Kathryn Bernardo, the movie continues the story from their 2019 hit Hello, Love, Goodbye, following the characters five years after Joy’s move from Hong Kong to Canada. The festival will also feature notable films such as In the Mood for Love (Hong Kong), The Wrestler (Bangladesh), Meeting with Pol Pot (Cambodia), and Lost Ladies (India).
Hello, Love, Again premieres in Philippine cinemas on November 13, with tickets already on sale. The film will also have releases in North America, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region.
