Jericho Rosales has recently clarified his stance on love and relationships, addressing swirling rumors that he has been pursuing actress Kathryn Bernardo. In an interview with MJ Felipe on TV Patrol, Rosales explicitly stated that finding love is not on his agenda for 2024, describing it as “too early” for him to consider new romantic endeavors this year.
The speculation began after showbiz insider Ogie Diaz mentioned in his vlog that both Rosales and fellow actor Alden Richards were vying for Bernardo’s attention, according to a source close to the actress. However, Rosales seemed unaware of these rumors, emphasizing his selective engagement with social media to avoid negative influences on his mindset.
Rosales and Bernardo were first linked together when they were seen jogging at night in a sports complex in Marikina in January. Since then, Rosales has also attended several parties hosted by Bernardo, further fueling speculations about a potential romance.
In addition to addressing his personal life, Rosales expressed his professional aspirations, particularly his hope to reunite with former onscreen partner Kristine Hermosa for a new project. Although excited about the possibility, he respects Hermosa’s decisions regarding her career, especially as she recently announced her pregnancy with her sixth child with husband Oyo Sotto.
Rosales is also navigating changes in his personal life, having confirmed earlier this year his separation from his wife, model Kim Jones, since 2019. As he moves forward, his focus remains on his acting career, including a forthcoming series produced by Dreamscape Entertainment.
