Michelle Dee, the reigning Miss Universe 2023 and Sparkle actress, has landed in New York City to further her modeling career. Sharing her excitement on Instagram, Michelle posted a full-body photo from her first meeting with her international modeling agency, One Management.
In her caption, Michelle expressed her thrill about this new chapter, saying, “Mom, Dora’s on the way (manifest with me),” followed by the exclamation, “Nakakakilig ha!!!!” She also used the hashtag #NYFW, indicating her participation in the upcoming New York Fashion Week, which runs from September 6 to 11.

Michelle recently announced her signing with One Management, a top-tier agency with locations in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Spain, and the United Kingdom. Speaking to “Saksi,” Michelle shared that she chose the agency because their vision aligns with her career goals. She described this opportunity as a dream come true and is excited to walk the runway for international brands, representing the Philippines on a global stage.
Although Michelle has been receiving modeling offers since 2016, she had been focusing on her pageantry career until now. Her foray into modeling marks a significant shift as she leverages her Miss Universe platform to pursue her long-held dream.
