Pia Wurtzbach, Miss Universe 2015, has announced her plans to auction off her Miss Universe memorabilia to fund the construction of a youth center in Metro Manila. This initiative was unveiled during her acceptance speech for the People of the Year award from PeopleAsia. Wurtzbach intends to sell her pageant dresses, accessories, and shoes to support this cause.
Expressing her commitment to the project, Wurtzbach revealed that the auction is set to coincide with World AIDS Day on December 1, aiming to gather support and donations. She assured transparency in the handling of the auction’s proceeds, with a clear plan to apply the funds toward building the youth center next year.
