In Palo, Leyte, an old jeep has found a new life as a unique water vehicle. Argie Bacor spent five months converting the jeep, adding a propeller and retaining its battery system to function similarly to a pump boat. Dubbed a “water jeep,” it can carry up to six passengers, although Bacor clarified he’s only using it for personal outings and has no plans to rent it out.
Bacor also revealed plans for future improvements, saying he intends to upgrade the engine and consult a sea vessel mechanic to make it more seaworthy.
