Despite Kris Aquino’s breakup with ex-boyfriend Mark Leviste, her bond with his son, Ronin Leviste, remains stronger than ever.
Ronin, now vice mayor of Lian, Batangas, recently visited Kris with his girlfriend Andrea Macaraig and took to Facebook to express his heartfelt gratitude. He described Kris as full of warmth and kindness, sharing that despite feeling unwell, she still prepared dinner for them, including a special lechon from Tarlac.
“Sweetness overload si Tita Kris,” he wrote, referring to her as their “future Ninang.” He emphasized that while Kris and his father have gone their separate ways, they remain on good terms. “They separated without bitterness, and our love for Tita Kris, Bimb, and Kuya Josh remains,” he said.
Ronin shared how Kris continues to be a constant support system for them and mentioned how close they all are—so much so that they even spent the night together in the same room during their visit.
He also revealed Kris’s generosity, noting that she funded the construction of an e-library in Lian, further underscoring her role in their lives.
“TK, we’re praying for your healing. Thank you for always being there for me, my dad, Andrea, and my siblings,” Ronin added. “We love seeing you happy and beautiful. Keep fighting!”
Kris, who continues to battle multiple autoimmune diseases, had also ended a relationship with Dr. Mike Padlan earlier this year
