Kapuso star Ruru Madrid couldn’t be prouder of his girlfriend, Bianca Umali, as she takes the spotlight in her new horror film, Mananambal.
A Heartfelt Tribute
Ruru took to Instagram to celebrate Bianca’s achievement, sharing moments from the film’s premiere night, including her speech and a touching photo with Lola Vicky.
“I’m so proud of you, My Love!” Ruru wrote, tagging Bianca.
The actor also expressed admiration for Bianca’s dedication and hard work on the project.
“Alam ko kung gaano mo pinaghirapan ang pelikulang ito—nasaksihan ko ang dedication, pagod, at passion na ibinuhos mo sa bawat eksena.”
For Ruru, Bianca has always been the best actress in his eyes, adding:
“Ngayon, kitang-kita ng lahat ang husay mo, pero ako, alam kong noon pa man, ikaw na ang pinakamagaling. Ikaw ang totoong idolo ko, Mahal.”

About ‘Mananambal’
Directed by Adolfo Alix Jr., Mananambal is a horror film set in Siquijor, exploring the world of traditional healers and sorcery.
The movie stars Bianca Umali alongside legendary actress Nora Aunor, with Kelvin Miranda, EA Guzman, Jeric Gonzales, and Martin Escudero completing the cast.
Mananambal gained international recognition after being screened at the Jinseo Arigato International Film Festival in Japan (2024), where Bianca won Best Dramatic Actress.
