The Tullahan River overflowed on Wednesday afternoon, resulting in significant flooding along McArthur Highway, affecting the areas between Valenzuela and Malabon. This report was confirmed by Christian Maño on Super Radyo DzBB.
The river’s overflow submerged several houses and vehicles, causing major disruptions. Many commuters were stranded on McArthur Highway for about an hour due to the rising waters.
