Actor Ahron Villena has spoken out against an unnamed director who allegedly exploited him during his early days in the entertainment industry. Villena shared his experience through a series of Instagram Stories, recalling an incident from his past when he was a young actor playing a cameo role.
Villena described a situation where he was required to wear a plaster over his private parts for a scene. “Someone from the production was already helping me, but you came into the restroom and told them to leave,” he recounted. “You said, ‘They shouldn’t be the ones putting that on, I should be the one doing it.’ I didn’t mind at first, but you repeatedly touched and pressed your hand.”
He explained that as a newcomer desperate to earn money, he felt he had no choice but to comply. “I was just starting back then, so I kept saying yes because I needed to earn money. But you probably don’t remember because I’m sure I wasn’t the only one you did this to,” Villena added.
Despite respecting the director’s skills and not revealing his identity during a guest appearance on “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda” in March, Villena condemned the inappropriate actions, stating that such behavior should never be tolerated. “Whether then or now, those actions are never right. Whether it’s true or not, such things should never be tolerated!” he declared.
