Chelsea Manalo, Miss Universe Philippines 2024, recently checked off a bucket list item by being interviewed by the renowned TV host Boy Abunda.
On Instagram, Chelsea shared her excitement and relief over the experience, noting that she initially thought it would be nerve-wracking, but it turned out to be fun and light-hearted.
Wearing a simple black dress and black open-toe stilettos, Chelsea posted her outfit snaps taken at the GMA Network building during her guest appearance on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” last week.
“It was really an honor to be interviewed by Tito Boy Abunda,” Chelsea expressed in her caption, adding that the experience was unexpectedly enjoyable. She thanked the show for the opportunity and marked it as a tick on her bucket list.
During the episode, Chelsea discussed her experiences with online bashers and shared how she nearly quit the Miss Universe Philippines pageant due to financial difficulties. Earlier this month, she was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2024 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
Alongside Chelsea, other winners from the pageant include Alexie Brooks of Iloilo as Miss Eco International Philippines, Ahtisa Manalo of Quezon Province as Miss Cosmo Philippines, Tarah Valencia of Baguio as Miss Supranational Philippines, and Cyrille Payumo of Pampanga as Miss Charm Philippines.
