Streaming platform Max has released a teaser for the highly anticipated third season of The White Lotus, offering fans their first look at Blackpink’s Lisa in her debut acting role. In the clip shared on Instagram, Lisa appears as a member of the hotel staff, wearing a nameplate reading “Mook.” Greeting the cast with a bow, she welcomes them to the White Lotus in Thailand, hinting at the series’ new exotic setting.
Fans flooded the comments, expressing excitement for the K-pop star’s venture into acting. “Actress Lisa is coming!” one fan wrote, while another added, “My favorite series plus my favorite artist—can’t wait!”
Lisa also shared the teaser on her Instagram Stories, with the message “Looking forward to 2025.”
Filming for the third season began earlier this year in various locations across Thailand. Alongside Lisa, new cast members include Leslie Bibb, Jason Isaacs, Michelle Monaghan, Carrie Coon, Parker Posey, and Walton Goggins. Natasha Rothwell will also return as the spa manager from Season 1, adding a familiar face to the anthology’s newest installment.
Created by Mike White, The White Lotus debuted in 2021 and has since won 11 Emmy Awards. The show’s previous seasons were set in Maui and Sicily, with each installment exploring the lives of guests at the fictional White Lotus resorts.
