Due to the wedding of Son Ye-jin and Hyun Bin today, March 31, the hashtag #TheBinJinWedding is trending on Twitter worldwide.
Today, the said hashtag is one of the most discussed topics on Twitter and other social media platforms.
“I got on the wrong train, and that very train brought me here. It brought me to the place I’ve yearned to come to every morning and night. It brought me to my destination.”
Who would have guessed that Captain Ri’s words to his partner, Yoon Se Ri, would be significant enough to bring the actors who played the famous duo in the Korean drama Crash Landing On You (2019) to this day—their wedding day?
Following their team-up in the said rom-com series, Ye-jin and Bin’s relationship was finally confirmed in 2021, which was announced by their agencies VAST Entertainment and MSteam Entertainment.
The actors’ agencies released a joint statement today:
“Actors Son Ye Jin and Hyun bin are holding their wedding ceremony today, taking their first step as a married couple. In consideration of the situation with Covid-19, we are sharing the news with their photos instead.”
