The International Criminal Court (ICC) has delivered its 11th batch of evidence against former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte in the ongoing crimes against humanity case related to his controversial war on drugs.

According to a July 1 document referenced in a GMA Integrated News report, the ICC Prosecutor’s Office turned over more than a thousand new pieces of evidence to Duterte’s legal team. This submission aligns with the court’s established procedures for handling evidence.

The newly filed materials include alleged killings tied to the “Davao Death Squad” during Duterte’s time as mayor of Davao City, as well as fatalities from barangay-level anti-drug operations during his presidency. Background information related to the case was also included in this set of evidence.

This latest development follows Duterte’s arrest on March 11, assisted by Philippine authorities in cooperation with Interpol. He was flown to The Hague, Netherlands, and on March 13, he was admitted to the Scheveningen Prison, where he awaits trial.
