Actress Kris Bernal looked back on her journey into motherhood in 2024, describing it as the most transformative and fulfilling year of her life.
In an Instagram post, Kris shared heartfelt reflections along with family photos featuring her husband, Perry Choi, and their daughter, Hailee.
“It has been the most transformative, beautiful, fulfilling year of my life. I embraced the most incredible journey of all: becoming a mom,” Kris wrote. She acknowledged the challenges, particularly with exclusive breastfeeding, but expressed gratitude for the miracle of motherhood.
Kris shared how the experience redefined her strength, saying it shifted her focus from career, health, fitness, and self-care to embracing her new role as a mother.
She also expressed appreciation for the support she received during moments when she stepped away from social media to prepare for this life-changing chapter.
