Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach reminded overseas Filipinos to take part in the 2025 midterm elections by voting online, emphasizing that the process is quick and easy.
Through a video on her Instagram Story, Wurtzbach encouraged fellow Filipinos abroad to make their voices heard before the May 12 deadline. She also posted an infographic showing a simple three-step guide to voting online.
“Hi mga Kabayan! Just a quick reminder—online voting for Halalan 2025 is still open. If you’re an overseas voter like me, make sure to cast your vote before it ends,” she said.
Wurtzbach, who has been living abroad since marrying Jeremy Jauncey in 2023, highlighted the importance of civic responsibility even when living outside the country. “It only takes a few minutes. I just finished mine—it’s really easy. Let’s take part in shaping our future,” she added.
Online voting for overseas Filipinos opened on April 13 and will close on May 12 at 7 PM (Philippine time).
Meanwhile, other celebrities including Kim Chiu, Maja Salvador, Darren Espanto, and Regine Velasquez have already cast their votes in the Philippines.
