MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine National Police – Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP – CIDG) has filed multiple murder complaint against Negros Oriental 3rd District Representative Arnolfo Teves Jr. and five others.
The criminal complaint is related to the killings happened in 2019 in the said province.
Along with Teves, the other respondents named in the investigation data form were a certain Hannah Mae, Richard “Boy” Cuadra, Jasper “Bobong” Tanasan, Alex Mayagma, and Rolando Pinili, also known as Inday.
Based on the document, Article 248 of the Revised Penal Code was violated by the 6 respondents. Congressman Teves with 3 counts of murder, Hannah Mae with 3 counts, Cuadra, Tanasan, and Inday with 2 counts of murder each, and Mayagma with 1 count.
As seen in the complaint, the respondents were being tagged for the slays happened in front of Siliman Medical Center in Dumaguete City on March 25, 2019 at around 3:54 p.m.; at Sitio Labugon, Barangay Nagbo-alao in municipality of Basay on May 26, 2019 at around 11:30 a.m.; and at Barangay Malabugas in Bayawan City which took place in June 23, 2019.
