Ferdinand Alexander “Sandro” Marcos has been re-elected as the representative of Ilocos Norte’s First District, securing his second term in the House of Representatives.
Sandro, the eldest son of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos, was officially proclaimed on Tuesday after garnering 169,880 votes. He ran unopposed in the 2025 midterm elections.
The Marcos family continued its dominance in the region, with Sandro’s aunt Cecilia Araneta-Marcos and cousin Matthew Marcos Manotoc also winning as governor and vice governor, respectively.
