A suspected shabu laboratory was uncovered in a warehouse located in Sitio Sagel, Barangay Pinol, Maitum, Sarangani, during a police search on Sunday, as reported by the Sarangani Police Provincial Office.
Details of the Raid
Authorities executed a search warrant issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 50 in Sarangani Province against the warehouse owned by an individual known as “Tom.” During the search, police seized suspected manufacturing equipment intended for the large-scale production of shabu.
Legal Actions
The suspect will face charges for attempt or conspiracy related to the manufacture of dangerous drugs and/or controlled precursors and essential chemicals under Republic Act No. 9165, also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
